Test Room Rosters and Seating Charts - you will use the Material Control report in TestHound or the Power BI TIA Testing Roster to fulfill both of these required pieces of documentation
If you choose to consolidate MAP testing rooms you will use the Consolidation Forms to document the student relocation to a new test room
