TELPAS Campus Testing Documentation

The CTC will affirm all testing documentation will be kept on campus for a period of a 5-year retention period. Make sure your documentation is in order - all items have appropriate signatures, are dated, and are organized by the day of testing. 

Check-in Appointment with Student Assessment: All campuses are required to bring all items (originals, no copies) to the Student Assessment office for each test administration. Documentation verifications must be completed with Student Assessment within 72 hours of the last day of the test administration window. Click here to schedule your appointment.
